The master’s thesis deals with the analysis of the present state, the finding of the contingent deficiencies and the presentation of the improvement suggestions including the concrete measures in granting mortgage credits by Raiffeisenbank, Inc. with a view to advance the competitive strength of the company in the field of mortgage banking. The evaluation and the improvement suggestions are conducted in several component units: in the fields of technical parameters, credit procedure and sales promotions. A partial aim of the thesis concerns the introduction of a new product for the extension of the current supply.

The diploma thesis is focused on the appreciation of clients' creditworthiness in obtaining loans at Komerční banka, a.s., which is one of the largest and most widely used banks in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into literary research and practical part. Literary research characterizes and explains the basic concepts of credit management and credit analysis. There are described different methods and models for assessing the creditworthiness of clients, which are further used in the practical part and are the basis for assessing the client's creditworthiness. The second part of the thesis analyzes Komerční banka, a.s., where its loan products are analyzed, and specific credit processes and credit analyzes are explained in model cases.

The bachelor thesis is focused on identifying factors, which significantly influence the amount of newly granted consumer credit in Slovak republic. The literary review follows up definition of consumer credit, including their characteristic, legislation and economic indicators having an influence on it. These factors are in the following part included into the multiple regression model as independent variables, where the explained variable is amount of consumer credit. The final part deals with the modeling of time series of the volume of credit and the prediction of their future development.

This bachelor thesis analyses the acquisition of external financial resources in small and medium enterprises. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the parameters that are decisive for acquiring external financial resources in SMEs in the Czech Republic, based on consultations with the relationship manager. The partial aim will be to identify the advantages and disadvantages in acquiring external financial resources in the banking and non-banking markets for SMEs. The thesis is based on an analysis of the possibilities of financing small and medium-sized enterprises and the credit process in the Czech Republic.

Diploma thesis Credit risk management of SME segment is engaged in the credit process in the segment of entrepreneurs and small business owners, and also part of the segment of the public and nonprofit sectors in an existing bank operating in the Czech market. In the theoretical part there are defined basic approaches in bank risk management and their divisions. Follows overview of the different approaches. Another part is more detail devoted to credit risk. Credit risk is then solved by the credit case, incl. analysis of the credit approval process. Emphasis is also placed on the rating process by which the credit approval begins and ends. The practical part of the work is focused on the analysis of product portfolio of the bank. The work deals with various credit products of the banks in this segment, in terms of supportability, delinquency, and overall risk. The second part is an analysis of the portfolio in terms of individual sectors, where are evaluated selected risky and less risky sectors.

Analysis of the credit process in small and medium enteprises

This diploma thesis deals with an analysis of the credit process in small and medium enterprises. First part describes financial risks, to which banks are exposed with a special emphasis on a credit risk. The next chapter describes the process of a risk management, particularly its individual phases such as identification, measurement, securing and monitoring. The third part discusses each phase of the loan process that represents the risk mitigation strategy on the level of a single trade. In the forth part a loan application of a particular applicant is being thoroughly analysed. The last, fifth part sums up a development of conditions on a credit market in small and medium enterprises.
Investment Loans as a Source of Financing Business Needs

The diploma thesis deals with the investment loan for the business entities and the macroeconomic indicators. The theoretical part provides an overview of the credit process of the investment loan for business entities. The theoretical part focuses on the process of granting the loan, loan contracts and subsequent monitoring of the credit relationship. In the thesis are included the basic characteristics of the most used hedging instrument and the process of assessing the creditworthiness of an applicant. The empirical part of the diploma thesis uses the method of descriptive statistic for analysis examined variables. In the empirical part of the diploma thesis is included the analyse of the dependence between the volume of investment loans and the macroeconomic indicators.
